1. Are your mangoes organic?
   Ans: Majority of our practices involve natural/ organic methods. We replenish our trees with farmyard manure and never with synthetic fertilizers. We avoid using chemicals and pesticides and limit their use only to critical phases, resorting to natural methods during other times. This year we could reduce the usage of chemicals and pesticides by about 40% compared to previous years. 
   
   
2. The mangoes I received have damages?
   Ans: Please check our refund policy, we will help you.
   
   
3. Mangoes brought outside / elsewhere were sour, will your mangoes be sweet? 
   Ans: We harvest only those mangoes that we feel are mature. Mature mangoes turn out to be sweet.
   
   
4. How do I know if the mango is ripe?

   Ans: Notifications are sent via email.

Delivery:

1. How often do you deliver?
   Ans: We deliver twice a week during the peak of the season. Wednesdays and Fridays. 
   
   
2. I got an email/message saying my order is delivered, however I haven't received it?

4. Do you ship outside of Bengaluru?
   Ans: No. Due to logistical issues we do not ship outside of Bengaluru.
