Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy was last updated on 25-05-2026, and the terms are: 

Returns:

  • We do not receive returns for mangoes as they are perishable goods. 

Damages during transit:

  • In the unlikely event that mangoes are damaged during transit, please reach out to us through WhatsApp on +91 93538 07384 on the same day of delivery with video or photo evidence along with order details. We will process a refund within 7 business days for the damaged mangoes. Complaints made after the day of delivery will not be considered.  

Damaged mangoes:

  • In the unlikely event that you receive mangoes with external damages, please reach out to us through WhatsApp on +91 93538 07384 on the same day of delivery with video or photo evidence along with order details. We will process a refund within 7 business days for the damaged mangoes. Complaints made after the day of delivery will not be considered.  
  • As an act of nature sometimes the mangoes may have damages on the inside such as spongy tissue or worms. In such cases, please reach out to us through WhatsApp on +91 93538 07384 with video or photo evidence along with order details. We will process a refund within 7 business days for the damaged mangoes.
  • We will not provide refund or replacements for complaints made after 5 days from the date of delivery. 

Order cancellation:

  • Orders, once placed, cannot be canceled. We may be able to defer the delivery upon your request subject to the condition that we will be able to accommodate the request.
  • In rare situations when we are unable to fulfill your order, we may have to cancel it. The refund for it will be processed within 7 business days. 
  • A cancellation fee of Rs 30 will be charged for orders placed for pin codes that are not served and the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
